These shoes are of great quality. The material and workmanship are top drawer. One would expect nothing less from Cole Haan. Unfortunately they are a little tight for my feet around the top where the elastic is. In fact it is so tight it almost cuts the circulation on top of my foot after a short time. There is plenty of room in the toe box and the heel cup is very supportive. I will probably return them, but only because of the previously mentioned problem peculiar to my feet. They do run true to size in every other way.
You will definitely need a shoe horn when putting on these shoes.
