Running shoes for a marathon

About two months ago, I accepted and completed my first marathon. I grew up playing soccer and had a little 'back in the middle of the school to do, but had never done a race longer than a 5K.

When I started various training programs and decide which race to choose for my first event, I quickly realized that there are some essential equipment would I need to succeed. At the top of this list was clearly a pair of high-quality execution> Shoes. I had no idea at first, but the right to choose running shoes may be more complex than you can imagine.

After I measured my feet and carried out a constant analysis of my past, I just got a pair of Asics running shoes that I felt over the air. These shoes not only provided stability, but I needed were easy enough to not feel like I was running in boots. I paid the $ 110 is required and was ready to go.

Since16 weeks of training has gone, I was grateful that a good pair of running shoes have. Shin pain that I start training soon faded and I was running like a much more fun. I eventually closed, not only my first marathon, but integrated in under my goal of 4 hours.

I firmly believe that my success was due in part to choosing the right shoes. I would encourage everyone to an ongoing program to start the time and moneyYou can find a pair of sneakers quality. Your success may depend on just running from him.
