The Sela is a great shoe for running errands, shopping, everyday use. I also use it in the house because it is a slip on, very comfortable sole, gives good arch support and has a good slightly raised heel, my podiatrist states I need arch support and a heel, the Sela fits the bill, and the new lilac color is soooo pretty!!
